Purpose

ParseQuest is a research workspace and archival tool designed for legitimate research, journalism, OSINT, analysis, and archival purposes. This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited activities.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ParseQuest to:

• Harass, stalk, or intimidate individuals
• Conduct unlawful surveillance or monitoring of individuals
• Collect data for spam, fraud, or deceptive purposes
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Access systems or data without authorization
• Violate applicable data protection or privacy laws
• Resell or redistribute collected data as a data brokerage service
• Circumvent or interfere with any platform's security measures, rate limits, or anti-automation controls
• Impersonate human browsing behavior or run unattended automated collection
• Share, pool, or combine accounts or browser sessions across users
• Capture content outside a project's defined scope

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.
