1. Acceptance

By using ParseQuest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ParseQuest. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms when collecting data. ParseQuest is a research and archival tool - how you use it, and what you choose to collect, remain your responsibility. You must not use ParseQuest to collect data in violation of applicable laws or platform terms.

ParseQuest does not perform automated interaction with platforms. Collection is limited to capturing the URL of each item through your own authenticated browser session and rendering content from the platform's own live source. No posting, messaging, or other account actions are performed.

4. Service Availability

ParseQuest is provided on an as-is basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Limitation of Liability

ParseQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

7. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
